Tamagotchi 4U+ is a new Japanese color release, an upgraded version of the 4U, launched by BANDAI on July 18, 2015. It has new characters and features which can be used with various Touch Spots in Japan, as well as with other Tamagotchis / electronic devices (via NFC) to exchange digital Tamagotchi pet items.
