PRODUCTS
We do mostly on Pre-orders and Pre-loved products.
Pre-orders
- All Pre-order products will need to wait around 2-3 weeks from the date you have made a deposit.
- Kindly note that a 50% deposit would be need and is non-refundable.
- Goods purchase are non-refundable unless defective, but goods must strictly to be in package and not used.
- Once the goods have reached, we will send an email to let you know and you will need to pay the remaining amount before we send the orders out.
- We will only hold the items for 1 month, and after that we will consider it as you cancel the order and there will not be any refund of the deposit.
Pre-loved
- Most of pre-loved products can be found in Sales and will be labelled as pre-love.
- All pre-loved products are either brand new or worn once or twice but in mint condition.
- Please note that all images are taken by my camera & there may be a slight difference in lighting, that will change a'lill in color from the product photos.
- However, I'll do my best to display items at its most accurate colors on the website.
& Sometimes actual colors and feel of product is dependent on the computer monitor of the customer.
- Within 48Hrs, you will need to make payment for your order, if not the products will be open to all again.

- We will send you an order confirmation after we receive your order.
- To confirm the order you will need to make a deposit for Pre-order Goods or make a full payment all instocks items to secure your order.

To make a payment, kindly transfer all funds to:

- If you are using Ibanking or Paylah! kindly key in your order number as reference so we can match the amount with your orders easier.
- After payment, kindly let us know by mailling us the details

If you do not have iBanking & is making payment through ATM transfer, you might want to send us a clear picture of the ATM Transfer receipt to acknowledge payment.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction with your purchases is important to us.
If the products you received do not meet your expectations, you may return them for an EXCHANGE of the same amount
within 2 weeks from the date of your purchase subject to the following conditions:
1- Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED & UNDAMAGED (Unless originally defective upon buying)
2- Merchandise can only be EXCHANGED 1 FOR 1 & NOT BE RETURNED.
3- Due to hygiene reasons, We do not exchange EARRINGS, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, SKINCARE/ COSMETICS.
4- For all other enquires for exchanges and refunds, kindly contact us below.

DELIVERY
Normal postage/ Registered postage
- Goods will be send via Singapore Post to your mailbox
- Mail Items / boxes / packages must not exceed the maximum dimension of 240mm (width) x 340mm (length) x 70mm (height) and weighing not more than 2kg.
- All rates will follow Singapore post rates.
- There will be an additional $2.24 (inclusive of GST) applicable for local registered article.

Speedpost
- For order more than 2KGS, we recommend using Speedpost to send the items.

Overseas Shipment
- For all overseas shipment, we will be using Speedpost to ship the order out.
- For more information one rates and services, you can download the PDF in Speedpost Website.
- If you have your own courier service that you prefer using, you can let us know and we will arrange according for you.
Meetups
- We only do meetups strictly in our convenience.
- Meetups only in Pasir Ris, Tampines, Expo and Sembawang.
- If you would like to request collection in other areas, you could let us know, we will see if we are going to that area anytime.
- Please be Punctual, we will only wait for no more than 15mins from the time we agreed on.
- Dead buyers will be blacklisted and banned from future purchases.
